All reservations are treated as enquiries until confirmed in writing by SeaZen. A booking is only confirmed upon receipt of the agreed deposit. SeaZen reserves the right to decline any booking request.
A deposit of 30% of the total rental fee is due within 7 days of confirmation. The remaining balance is due 60 days before the arrival date. Payment methods: bank transfer or credit card (processing fees may apply).
A minimum stay of 3 nights applies during standard periods. A minimum of 7 nights applies during high season (July, August, and public holidays). Shorter stays may be available on request.
Guests are responsible for the property and its contents during their stay. Any damage beyond normal wear and tear will be charged to the guest. The property is non-smoking. Pets are permitted only with prior written consent.
The maximum occupancy stated in the property listing must not be exceeded. Unauthorised guests or events are strictly prohibited.
Check-in: from 16:00. Check-out: by 11:00. Early check-in and late check-out may be arranged subject to availability.
SeaZen shall not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage to persons or property during the rental period. Guests are advised to arrange appropriate travel and personal insurance.
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Catalonia.
