Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation by Guest

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to stay@seazen.es. The cancellation date is the date on which SeaZen receives written notice. More than 90 days: Full refund of deposit (less €150 admin fee) 60–90 days: 50% of total rental fee refunded 30–59 days: 25% of total rental fee refunded Less than 30 days: No refund

2. Cancellation by SeaZen

In the unlikely event that SeaZen must cancel a confirmed reservation, guests will receive a full refund of all amounts paid. SeaZen will make every effort to suggest alternative dates or a property.

3. Force Majeure

SeaZen shall not be liable for cancellations caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, governmental restrictions, or pandemic-related travel bans. In such cases, SeaZen will offer a credit or rescheduling wherever possible.

4. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all guests purchase comprehensive travel insurance that covers cancellation, curtailment, and personal liability.

5. Changes to Booking

Date changes are subject to availability and must be requested in writing. A €75 amendment fee applies. Changes within 30 days of arrival are treated as a cancellation and re-booking.
